Inspired by meeting the great Steve Earle and after so many happy and memorable years of playing with The Valentine Vagabonds, I am now enjoying performing ‘solo’ again singing my heart out in different places and on different stages (Arts Centres, Folk Clubs, House Concerts, Festivals, Village Halls and Bars etc) performing a complementary selection of my own songs, some folk/country style songs (Bob Dylan, Steve Earle, Tom Paxton, Bruce Springsteen…) and a few classic hits from the 1950s/early 60s (Dion and The Belmonts, Ben E. King, The Drifters, Buddy Holly, The Everly Brothers, Elvis Presley…)

Influences and Inspiration include: 
Folk/Country/Blues/Rock ‘n’ Roll:  Simon and Garfunkel, Elvis Presley, Dion Di Mucci, Patsy Cline, Nanci Griffith, Townes Van Zandt, Guy Clark, Jack Ingram and most of all…    Steve Earle, Bruce Springsteen and the Poet – Tony Harrison.

I am proud to announce that having recently completed my 2 ACT Drama/Comedy Stage play, (funded by Arts Council England) and together with a Professional Company of extremely talented Creatives, will now be further developing the Play taking it from page to ‘Workshop’ stage in 2024/2025.
